Moore, MD Secretary of Labor Portia Wu, Director of Maryland Energy Administration Paul Pinsky, CEO of Jane Addams Resource Center (JARC) Regan Brewer, my dad and I and JARC participants and former graduates. We spoke about the topics of Workforce Development and opportunities for JARC to provide certified welders and CNC to the offshore wind industry.
